Hartzell Air Movement has released their new medium pressure, adjustable pitch propeller for marine duty applications. The new die-cast aluminum propeller has been specifically engineered to enhance the operating performance of their Series 44M Ductaxial fan. The Series 44M with the new AM propeller is available in sizes 12 to 48 inches and produces up to 65,000 CFM and up to 4 inches of static pressure.

Tom Gustafson, Chief Technology Officer at Hartzell Air Movement, was appointed to the Board of Directors of AMCA International at their Annual Meeting on October 19, 2012.  Prior to being appointed to the board, Tom served on numerous committees at AMCA International and is an expert in the air movement industry.

Hartzell is pleased to announce the appointment of Brad Bishop as Vice President of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Sales. He will be responsible for driving sales growth in the OEM market, managing key accounts, and initiating new business. In his new position, Brad will report to Sean Steimle, President of Hartzell Air Movement.

Prior to joining Hartzell, Brad was the VP of Sales and National Accounts at Engineered Machined Products where he increased sales growth from $17M to $44M. He also held management positions at International Truck and Engine Corporation, Mitsubishi Motor Manufacturing of American, and Key Sales Group.
