Community
At Hartzell we are proud of our long-standing commitment to the communities where we live and work. We work throughout the year to help those in need by supporting numerous nonprofit organizations through financial donations and organizational support. Our employees are active partners in these efforts, volunteering their time and giving generously to make a positive difference in the community.
On May 5th and 6th, the 'Hartzell Heroes' participated in the Relay for Life with the American Cancer Society. Many employees volunteered to walk during the 21 hour event which took place at the Miami County Fair Grounds. Leading up to the event Hartzell held many fundraising activities such as: baking and selling cookies for a cure, a raffle and 50/50 drawing, and even a pie in the face competition. Many employees personally donated to the cause and helped tremendously in our effort to support the American Cancer Society. Thank you to everyone who participated.
