A competitive paid vacation program is offered to give employees time away from work to promote time for rest and recreation. New hires are eligible for prorated vacation their first year with the company.

We also provide a designated number of recognized holidays.

Tuition reimbursement
Hartzell encourages employees to pursue formal education to enhance their knowledge and skills. The Company offers eligible employees a tuition reimbursement benefit up to $5,250 per calendar year.

Bereavement Leave
Employees are granted paid time off in the event of a death in the family.
